ManixPrime DMCA Notice

If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe that any content on our site infringes your copyrights, you can submit a Notification of Claimed Infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). To do so, please email our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

How to Submit a DMCA Notice:

Identification of Copyrighted Work: Clearly identify the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed. If your notice covers multiple copyrighted works on a single page, you may provide a representative list.

Identification of Infringing Material: Specify the material that you believe is infringing, along with enough detail for us to locate it on our website (e.g., message ID or URL of the infringing material).

Good Faith Statement: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Accuracy and Authorization Statement: Provide a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Contact Information: Include your contact information, such as your email address and phone number, so we can respond to your notice.

Signature: The notice must be signed, either electronically or physically, by the copyright owner or an authorized agent.

Send your written Notification of Claimed Infringement to our Designated Copyright Agent at the email address provided below. We will review all properly submitted notices and take action as required. Please note that incomplete notices may not be addressed.

Important: You could be liable for damages if you knowingly make false claims of copyright infringement. Misrepresentation can result in legal liability. We may also terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly submit false copyright claims.

How to Submit a Counter-Notification:

If you believe that the material was removed in error, you may file a Counter-Notification with our Designated Copyright Agent. Please include the following information in your email:

Identification of Removed Material: Provide the specific message ID(s) or URL(s) of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled.

Your Contact Information: Include your full name, address, phone number, and email address.

Jurisdiction Statement: Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent.

Signature: Sign the notice. If submitting by email, an electronic signature (typed name) or a scanned physical signature is acceptable.

Upon receipt of your Counter-Notification, we may forward it to the original complainant, which may include some of your personal information such as your name and contact details. By submitting a Counter-Notification, you agree to this disclosure. We will not share your information beyond what is legally required.

The original complainant has 10 business days from the date of our notice to them to file a court order restraining your use of the allegedly infringing material. If no action is taken, we may reinstate the material on our website.

Important: You could be liable for damages if you knowingly misrepresent that material was removed or disabled by mistake. Legal consequences may apply to those who submit false Counter-Notifications.
